Transmission Replaced at Approximately 120,000 Miles
Anyone familiar with Eurovans knows that transmission history matters.
At approximately 120,000 miles, the transmission was removed and replaced, along with transmission fluid and filter service. With the van now showing approximately 140,000 miles, that means the replacement transmission has only about 20,000 miles of use.
That's an important part of this van's history and a significant benefit for its next owner.
The van also has a substantial documented service history, and its Carfax shows no reported accidents or damage. A copy of the Carfax is available to potential buyers upon request.
Upgraded for Off-Grid Camping
One of our favorite things about this Eurovan is its upgraded electrical system.
Poptop World installed a lithium-ion coach battery system, providing a substantial improvement over the original Eurovan Camper battery setup.
We also installed:
160-Watt Renogy Ultralight Solar Panel
The roof-mounted solar panel helps keep the coach battery charged while camping and makes it much easier to spend time away from electrical hookups.
1000-Watt Inverter
The inverter provides 110V power from the coach battery system, adding another level of flexibility when traveling or camping off-grid.
Together, the lithium battery, solar panel and inverter bring the electrical system much closer to what you would expect from a modern camper van.
National Luna Legacy Dual-Zone Refrigerator/Freezer
This is one of the most unique upgrades in the van.
Instead of relying on the original Eurovan refrigerator, this camper is equipped with a National Luna Legacy dual-zone refrigerator/freezer.
The two compartments can be used independently, allowing you to keep one side refrigerated and the other frozen. For longer road trips and extended camping, that's a huge improvement over the limitations of the original refrigerator.
It's also positioned immediately behind the front passenger seat, making it easily accessible from inside the camper.
A Completely Custom Interior
You won't mistake the inside of this Eurovan for anyone else's.
The owner personalized the camper with a weathered coastal-style interior, coordinating the cabinetry, table and galley area with custom floral upholstery throughout the seating.
The result is bright, fun and completely different from the typical 25-year-old Eurovan Camper interior.
The original Winnebago camper layout remains incredibly functional, with the rear bench that converts into a bed, pop-top sleeping area, dining table, storage cabinetry, stainless-steel sink and two-burner propane stove.
The camper also has Lloyd all-weather mats, making the interior much easier to keep clean after camping trips.
Replacement Pop-Top Tent
Poptop World also replaced the original pop-top tent.
That's another significant item buyers of older Eurovan Campers frequently discover they need to address after purchase. This one has already been taken care of.
Raise the top and you have the classic Eurovan Camper setup: standing room downstairs plus an additional sleeping area upstairs, all in a van that's still compact enough to drive and park like a regular vehicle.
