And here's the honest truth: if you need to call our tech line for assistance, we nearly always require that you have this manual. It's often too hard to help you out if you haven't done some research on your own. It's worth every single penny. If you only use it once in the life of your Vanagon (doubtful, but possible), it'll still be worth every penny. Make the right choice. Come on. Do it.
